I am planning a ride out from B&Q @ 9.00 wed a.m.
Plan to do a ride 3 hours ish, 50mile ish, weather looks good so either up and out to princey somehow or maybe out to dartmouth. Steady pace, may even stop for a cup of coffee!
I know there are some wednesday work waggers out there, after half term, this could be a regular thing?

Alli
Anything like this - just post it in the comments under our weekly rides on the main website - you might get a better response

Have most of 1/2 term off, so a mid week ride with minimal coffee stops would be ok

Just picked this one up ! Yes our mid week YOGi rides are open to all and include a cafe stop with noone getting left behind either. And that was me yesterday as I had a dire ride, as we all do from time to time! Trained this way last year and it certainly worked for me. Rode Tuesday did 51 miles, rode Thursday did 61 miles. Both with a cafe stop. I also rode today and did another 48 miles. Without a cafe stop, but did stop at a delli for cake. ;D That'll be 160 miles then. With cafe stops. Oh and then there is tomorrow of course. Horses and courses I guess - etc. You missed out on some fabulous cake though!
